Restaurant experts work in the service, take orders and serve, independently run a station (a specific area in the restaurant), plan and organize events and festivities. This apprenticeship focuses mainly on the restaurant and banquet sector, which gives you a good foundation for your future life in the gastronomy.

During your apprenticeship as a chef, you learn to prepare different dishes. Whether buffet, menu or á la carte, you learn something new every day, which allows you to constantly improve your skills and also contribute your own ideas. You will also be taught to organize workflows in the kitchen, how to purchase ingredients and to use them professional.
